Content: I bought this lamp and I still haven't used it until today. I tried to turn it on after charging it for a few hours, but the battery or the lamp doesn't work.

Content: I purchased this towards the end of May before I left state to have a full knee replacement. Initially it worked, but I forgot my charger so I didn’t get back home for two months now I fully charged the battery and it will not work. The battery turned red and charged until it turned green, but the flashlight will not turn on. I had bought a second identical one and I tried swapping the battery, but the flashlight seems to be broken not the battery. I purchased it through Amazon and I know that my return date has passed due to me being gone for my total knee replacement. I sure would appreciate it if you could help me with this

Subject: 1 of the 2 lights i ordered won't turn on
Content: I bought 2 lights last year in order # 113-9181812-636584. The yellow light versuon worked fine when we went on our dive trip at the end of July but the white light version wouldn't turn on. I charged both batteries fully. I tried both batteries in both lights and they worked perfectly in the yellow 1 but the white 1 would not turn on. I tried all the different options to turn light on/off and lock and unlock the light with no luck. Is there any way you can help with this?Thank you, Jim

Subject: Issue with DF-3000 Light
Content: Hello, back on Dec 11, 2021 I ordered a DF-3000 dive light; realistically I've only used it a few times. Last week I went on a drive trip to Aruba and packed the light, after charging I realized the light no longer works. The charger indicates that the battery is functional and fully charged. The light just doesn't turn on anymore. For $40 I would have hoped that it would have lasted longer. I have an older light that I purchased from Dorcy back in 2008 and it still works like a champ. Do you have any idea why the light doesn't work anymore? It looks like its still new.
