Content: Hello, I have a new diver flashlight (model df40). I went to charge the batteries and it says they are fully green, the charger shows up green. I put the batteries in with posotive facing downward and the flashlight wont come on. I dont know if its the charger saying the batteries are charged and its not actually charging them or if the light itself is defective. How may I get the flashlight fixed? This issue happens out of the box, I've not seen it light up since getting it.
