Content: Hi, I purchased one or your torches (TCP50) from Amazon on the 20th of October. I’ve used it 4 times and now it’s stopped working. When I try to charge the torch the charger goes straight to green, even after leaving it for a few hours it still doesn’t work?

Content: Thank you for your quick response. However, it does not answer my ?. The flash is still strong, but to "top it off', I tried plugging the charger into it. The red light on the charger box comes on and after a few minutes gets very hot. Not the flashlight nor the cord, just the charger itself. I thought it was supposed to have overcharge protection. I'm afraid if I leave it, it will catch fire! ?? Clarification please.

Content: Hello, I purchased one of your flashlights last February, and I absolutely love it! But, it's not turning on for me anymore unless it's plugged into the wall. Now I did some research and what I have figured out is that the batteries seem they may be bad/faulty. Flashlight is the 6000 lumens on it brightest setting.2 rechargeable batteries: ICR 26650 3.7v 6000mAh Li-ionI would like to get another set of batteries for it if that sounds correct? I have not used the flashlight much at all but I did enjoy it while it lasted so I would greatly appreciate the help?

Content: Hi,Just bought my torch from Amazon in July this year. Not used often and charged the battery 3 times. Had a walk and suddenly won't switch on after a few minutes. I charged the battery until green in the indicator but still won't work. Please let me know for the repair.
