Content: I received my TCP50 today from Amazon but the glass break stud does not screw in - just falls out it appears the base thread does not fit

Content: I bought your TCP50-Y from AMAZON UK it is a beautiful flashlight except for one thing, the glass breaking stud which screws into the handle is too small, maybe the wrong size was put in during boxing.

Content: Hi there, we use one of your torches at my place of work. Unfortunately, the charger has been misplaced and I'm looking to replace it. I am however concerned to do this as I am reading the product guide and seeing that the batteries may also need to be replaced due to over discharge.
