Content: The switch/LED on one of the two lights I bought quit working sporadically. It would dim then flicker then turn offf. I tried new fully charged battery from the other light, cleaned all contact points at both ends. I switched heads from working light and the head with the lamp and switch remained bad. This light has never flooded. The failure happened on a beautiful night dive in Komodo Indonesia very disappointing. Please let me know what my options are These were purchase July 2025 and failed in September I just returned to USA from that trip on the 16 January that is reason for delay Thanks Lynn I had the response email sent to my husbands email. Used it twice and it no longer turns on. Battery is fully charged, contacts are clean, light has not been flooded. It just stopped working.

Content: My light quit working soon after I purchased it in September. Just getting back to it. I tried the power button for 5+ seconds and it doesn't turn on. The battery measure 4.2V. Is there something to the lockout I am missing?
