Content: I purchased a DF40 4000 Lumen diving flashlight through Amazon in July & used it one time at a depth of 30 feet and it no longer works. I think I talked to your Tech Support through Amazon & was instructed to ohm test the batteries and make sure they were fully charged which they are, but the flashlight no longer works. Would like to know what can be done about this issue. I lost contact with your tech support through Amazon, so that is why I'm contacting you directly.

Content: I just received the PFSN DH20 3 in one dive light. I charged the battery and put in in the light. + in first. Put the cap back on and the light will not work. Also, was it to come with 2 batteries like the instructions said , or just one? Mine only cane with one. I need to get another light. Thanks, Ed

Content: One of your headlamps exploded next to my ear while I was scuba diving in less than 15ft of water. As a fact I bought 3 head lamps and 2 hand torches. And your products are a scam all of them leaked water in and all of them failed.All where returned on Amazon and I have received my money back. But you advertising these lights as scuba diving lights is a scam as such I have reported your company. All lights had the seal and the grease you sent to seal them and they all suck. So thanks for the extremely loud pop I had to experience ringing in my ear for hours
