When I used it for the first time, I made sure to charge the battery to full, but when I installed the battery properly in the flashlight, it would not turn on for quite a while. Once I was able to get it on, it gave me about an hour of use time before ceasing to work. I again charged the battery to full, but now the flashlight won’t turn on at all I would like to claim the 180-day money-back guarantee. How do I return this item for a refund?

Content: I bought some of your flashlights (3) for a night dive and they worked great, dive was a reef about 45'. Later I took one down to 90' and it would not turn on. Button felt as if it would not depress or already was and wouldn't come back out to finish turn on process. Because I liked them so much on the night dive, I bought 2 more and figured I would turn them on on the surface to get around the problem of the pressure at depth not allowing them to turn on. The problem is when I got down to about 75 feet,they started strobing on and off. When I got back up to the surface, they turned off. I tried on a second dive and they immediately started strobing at any depth. Is there a way to stop this so they are usable? I would like to recommend redesigning with a switch. Instead.

Content: On May 12, 2025 I ordered 12 units of the PFSn Dive Light 12000 Lumens, DF12. On June 8, 2025 I received 7 units of DF12 and then on June 11, 2025 I received 5 more units, but instead of DF12 they are DF20. Unfortunately I was out of country and have only returned to dicover the error. The DF20 units are untouched in the packaging. Can I return them and receive the DF12 units I ordered?
