Content: Hi I purchased a Super bright LED torch PFSN TCP50 unfortunately it seems to have lost its brightness.It still works but sometimes if I tap the side it comes back to full power. I have purchased a separate charger with the same batteries as supplied and tried them unfortunately with no difference. I am no expert but it seems to me like a loose connection somewhere. The torch has been looked after and not dropped at all. Please could you help and advise me. Many thanks Derek Culshaw.
